Terms of Service

CISCOM ("the Service", "we", "us") is an IPO intelligence platform operated under Precession Advisory, a Malaysian stock-market education company. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Everything on the Service, including forecasts, projected ranges, probabilities, peer comparisons and analysis, is educational information about publicly disclosed IPOs. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to subscribe to, buy, sell or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. One person, one account. Do not share, resell or provide access to your account, and do not scrape, redistribute or republish our data or forecasts. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Free features are available at no cost. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment provider (DOKU). Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Paid access runs for the period you purchased; if a renewal payment is not received, Pro access simply lapses to Free at the end of the period.

You can stop using Pro at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. As this is a digital information service, fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by Malaysian law. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

We work hard to keep data accurate and current, but IPO information is drawn from third-party public disclosures and may contain errors, omissions or delays. Forecasts are statistical estimates and can be wrong. The Service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

The Service, its model, content and design are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the Service for your own use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and may require you to re-accept. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
