Terms & Conditions

CISCOM ("the Service", "we", "us") is an IPO intelligence and education platform available at ciscom.ai, operated by Precession Advisory Ltd, a Malaysian stock-market education business. These Terms & Conditions (also referred to as our Terms of Service) are a binding agreement between you and Precession Advisory Ltd. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You can reach us at alerts@ciscom.ai.

Everything on the Service, including forecasts, projected first-day ranges, probabilities, scenario odds, demand statistics, peer comparisons, AI-generated summaries and analysis, is educational information about publicly disclosed IPOs. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, it is not a recommendation to subscribe to, buy, sell or hold any security, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Precession Advisory Ltd is not a licensed investment adviser, and the Service is not regulated investment advice under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Please read our Risk & Educational Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Malaysian law. You agree to provide accurate registration information, including the profile details we collect at signup, and to keep it up to date.

One person, one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential; tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share, resell or provide access to your account. Member pages may carry an identifying watermark tied to your account as a deterrent against redistribution. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Free features are provided at no cost and may change over time. New members may receive a one-time free trial of Pro features; the trial length and contents are shown at signup, no payment details are required, and access simply reverts to Free when the trial ends. One trial per person.

Pro is a paid subscription billed for a monthly or annual period at the price shown at checkout, in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay Curlec; we never see or store your card details. Your card or bank statement will show PRECESSION ADVISORY LTD as the merchant.

A card subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period your card is charged for the next period of the same plan, until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Billing page in your account: you will not be charged again, and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We email a receipt for every charge.

If you pay for a single period by another method offered at checkout, that period does not renew automatically. We remind you by email before it ends, and if you do not renew, your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the paid period. Renewing early extends your access from the current expiry date, so you never lose paid days.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Billing page, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Because this is a digital information service with immediate access, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by Malaysian law or where you were charged in error. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at alerts@ciscom.ai with the order reference and we will look into it.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data, forecasts or analysis from the Service;
• republish, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit our content, in whole or in part;
• share screenshots or exports of member-only content outside your own personal use;
• reverse engineer the Service or attempt to reconstruct our forecast model;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, quotas or the subscription paywall; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may apply fair-use limits to features such as the AI assistant (current quotas are shown in the product) and may suspend accounts engaged in the conduct above.

IPO information is compiled from third-party public disclosures such as Bursa Malaysia, the Securities Commission Malaysia, issuing houses and prospectuses. It may contain errors, omissions or delays, and figures may be revised at any time. Forecasts are statistical estimates and can be wrong. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and may be interrupted from time to time for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Some features, including Ask CISCOM and prospectus analysis, generate answers using artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and it carries the same educational-only status as everything else on the Service. Always verify important figures against the official prospectus before relying on them.

We send transactional emails that are part of the Service, such as signup verification codes, renewal reminders and IPO event alerts for members. Marketing emails are sent only if you opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Our emails come from alerts@ciscom.ai.

The Service, including its software, database, forecast model, content, branding and design, is owned by Precession Advisory Ltd or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the Service for your own use only. Public disclosures referenced by the Service remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precession Advisory Ltd is not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

You may close your account at any time from your profile or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, and in that case fees already paid are not refunded. Sections that by their nature outlast your account, such as intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, continue to apply after it ends.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email and may require you to re-accept before continuing. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk & Educational Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
